One meeting, one payment
First, the illustrated x402 checkout shows a recording allowance changing from 60 to 120 minutes and the standard-processing quote changing from 2 to 4 USDC. The network is Base Sepolia, whose tokens have no monetary value. Recording permission is confirmed. The illustration moves from reviewing the quote to wallet approval and payment confirmation before entering the meeting. This is a sample sequence: it creates no payment or meeting bot. Actual rates and availability come from checkout.
Bring your context
Before the call, prepare the assistant with a project brief, a role and selected reference files. This example uses fictional Atlas product and launch notes. Review the separate one-time context-processing fee before approving it; it is not included in the meeting payment. The illustration shows a 0.5 USDC import quote on Base Sepolia, then a reusable, ready context pack. The real Context Library accepts pasted text and supported text files or folders within its limits. Originals remain private to the owner, and this sample creates no upload or payment.
Get private help in the call
Next, one illustrated screen shows the meeting participants, speaker notes and private Live Copilot side by side. The host admits Todoki Notetaker after recording consent is confirmed. Maya says she will send the revised proposal by Friday. Alex asks whether Outlook is available and how much Atlas costs. With the Atlas product brief selected, the user requests a suggested answer. The draft says Atlas is $20 per workspace per month, while Outlook is planned with no confirmed release date. Supporting quotes from the reference are visible. This is an illustrated, source-backed example, not a real AI response. Drafts still need review. The assistant never speaks into the call or sends its answer to participants. This composite is not a recording or an in-meeting overlay.
Review & remember
Finally, Maya's commitment becomes an example action card with Maya as the assignee, Friday as the stated deadline and her direct transcript quote. The user reviews and approves the action. A Walrus Memory preview then shows a meeting summary and one reviewed action. The user explicitly consents before selecting Save outcome snapshot. The final state is Submitted / Indexing, not confirmed storage. Snapshots use Todoki's managed Walrus account. Full transcripts and Context Library files remain in Todoki, and Live Copilot does not automatically recall saved Walrus snapshots. This illustrated sequence uploads nothing and sends no task.

Your assistant. Your control.
How do I give Todoki my project context?
Open Context library and follow the guided questions, or select a folder of supported text files. Review the files and processing quote before paying. Once the import is Ready, select it for private Q&A or in Live Copilot. Todoki retrieves matching passages; it does not automatically read every file during every question. Context imports are private to your account in that workspace and are not uploaded to Walrus.
Can everyone in the meeting see my assistant?
Responses appear in your Todoki panel. They are not sent or spoken into the meeting. They can be seen if you share that panel on your screen. Authorized teammates can open their own copilot.
Are context processing and meeting capture one purchase?
They are quoted separately. A context import has a one-time processing fee and can be reused across meetings. Pay-per-meeting capture covers the recording allowance and analysis depth shown in its own quote. Choose your recording allowance and processing depth. Current payment networks use tokens with no monetary value; review the network in checkout. Participant recording consent is required.
Does the assistant know everything said in a long call?
Live Copilot uses a bounded recent transcript window and relevant passages from contexts you select for questions and replies. Captions can arrive late, and earlier discussion can fall outside that window. After processing, the meeting has its own transcript, summary and reviewed outcomes. Quotes identify a source; they do not guarantee that its claims are current or correct.
