Open a meeting’s copilot#
This is a private text workspace in Todoki. It does not speak into the call or message participants. Recording and wallet payments require your own explicit approval. Calendar auto-record settings and plan limits remain the same, and connecting Calendar returns you to its setup tab. Your bot must be admitted and recording; silent audio and missing captions cannot produce an evidence-backed answer. Administrators can also inspect captures in Settings → Capture diagnostics.
- Select Live Copilot in your workspace navigation or its overview card.
- Choose an existing meeting agent, or select Set up meeting capture. Pay per meeting, your existing plan and Calendar settings open inside Live Copilot. You can choose a recording allowance, processing depth and payment network in the inline checkout.
- After a real paid capture creates an agent, choose Open Live Copilot. Plan-based capture opens its agent here after scheduling. Admit the notetaker; recent transcript turns appear once it records.
- Read the processing notice and allow OpenRouter to process your question and recent transcript turns.
- Select Suggest answer to draft a reply to the latest unanswered question, or type the question yourself. Use Ask the meeting for evidence-based answers, or Recap so far for a summary of the current call. In the pre-call brief, choose up to three past meetings to include approved outcome quotes in questions and reply drafts; no prior transcript is loaded into the AI request.
Get help answering a question#
When someone asks a question such as “What is Python?”, Suggest answer can draft a short explanation using general knowledge. Leave the question field empty to use the latest unanswered question found in the recent transcript; its exact source appears separately. Type a question to override that selection. Nothing runs automatically when new captions arrive.
Suggested answers label General knowledge, Meeting context or Context + general knowledge. General knowledge has not been verified against external sources; a quote showing the question is not proof of the answer. Check important or current facts, adapt the draft and choose whether to say it. Copy answer copies the answer text only. Missing personal or company context should be clarified rather than guessed. Live drafts are not saved as meeting facts, sent downstream or uploaded to Walrus.
Use the source before you act#
Expand View evidence to inspect the speaker, timestamp and exact supporting quote. Follow-ups and decisions remain AI drafts; this feature never creates or sends a task automatically. Suggested questions are ideas you could ask, not statements or commitments by participants.
Choose what the agent remembers after the call#
Closing the copilot clears its local drafts. During the meeting, the transcript refreshes while the open page is visible; collapse the agent or close the copilot to stop its polling. After processing finishes, open the full meeting summary in Meetings, review it and its actions, and preview an optional Walrus snapshot. Live copilot responses are not saved to Walrus. Its past-meeting picker uses current reviewed outcomes in Todoki, not saved Walrus snapshots or encrypted Private Vault content.
