  • Choose a parent page shared with the connected Notion integration.
  • Create a new task page with the reviewed action title.
  • Include the action context, evidence, owner, and deadline as page content.

    Connect Notion in Integrations and share the intended parent page.

  2. 02

    Review an action in Action inbox and choose Notion.

  3. 03

    Select the parent page and confirm the new page creation.

Before you connect

Todoki creates child pages; automatic database-property or knowledge-graph mapping is not included.

The connected Notion account needs access to the chosen parent. An administrator configures the shared connection.
