Review the final destination#

  1. Open an action in the meeting or Action inbox and check its supporting quote.
  2. Edit and approve the task when the details are right.
  3. Select Push and choose an available connected provider.
  4. Choose the recipient, channel, team, project, issue type, or parent destination shown in the dialog.
  5. Review the final content and confirm the send. Check the receipt when Todoki reports success.

Keep your next send quick#

For Slack, Linear, Jira, Notion, Asana and Todoist, choose Remember this destination after sending. A successful send saves your choice for 30 days, only for you in this workspace. Next time, Todoki selects it only when it appears in the connected account’s current destination lists. If it is on a later page, use Load more destinations. Your manual choice always takes precedence.

  • Review the selected destination and click Send each time; remembering never sends automatically.
  • Choose Forget saved destination to remove the hint. Your current selection stays unchanged.
  • Reconnecting or disconnecting clears saved destinations. Gmail recipients are always entered for each action.
  • Failed, uncertain and replayed sends do not update the saved choice. Unchecking Remember leaves any earlier saved choice in place; use Forget to remove it.

Names are context, not account mappings#

An assignee detected in a meeting is not automatically a verified user in the destination tool. Review identity-sensitive fields instead of assuming a matching display name means the right account.

When delivery is held#

If a provider response is interrupted, Todoki may not know whether the message or issue was created. Check the destination before creating another action or attempting a manual repeat. See Delivery needs review for the safest next steps.
