Check the network before paying#

Cardano appears in pay-per-meeting checkout only after operator setup. The current network is Cardano Preprod, whose tokens have no monetary value. Quotes use native ADA at the displayed rate; Todoki does not convert a USDC price into ADA. Other Cardano networks are not supported. This feature is separate from a Team subscription and pay-after-call billing.

Connect and review before signing#

Todoki uses only native-ADA inputs from one funded address; token-bearing inputs are excluded. No merchant signing key is needed. Never paste a recovery phrase or private key into Todoki, support or chat.

  1. Open Pay per meeting or the inline Live Copilot checkout and choose the Cardano network shown when available.
  2. Choose a recording allowance and processing depth, enter your meeting link and confirm recording permission.
  3. Select Review payment. Check the exact ADA amount, receiving address and maximum network fee.
  4. Connect a CIP-30 wallet on the matching network. Use that network’s faucet if you need tokens. Keep at least 2.5 ADA beyond the payment for fees and a separate change output.
  5. If funds are insufficient, select another wallet or change accounts in your extension and reconnect. Review and approve the one payment in your wallet yourself.

Wait for the original payment#

The browser signs the transaction; Todoki verifies and submits it. Capture starts after on-chain confirmation and one additional block. Network confirmation can take time. The Confirming Cardano payment state keeps the same request and transaction hash, including after a refresh or server restart.

Do not make another payment if confirmation is delayed. Open the receipt link or the saved request. Todoki checks the existing transaction without automatically charging again. When capture is disabled, no recording is created. Recording requires participant consent and host admission.
