Connect a destination account#
- Open Integrations in the workspace you intend to use.
- As a workspace admin, choose an available Connect button.
- Review the provider’s permission screen and authorize the intended account or workspace.
- Return to Todoki and check the connected account label.
- Use Verify access when available. Then review a task and choose its destination before sending.
Read the connection status#
Administrator setup required means the service’s OAuth app is not configured for this deployment. A plan-required message means the workspace needs eligible access. A connection card does not guarantee that every account or destination is ready.
- Gmail sending is separate from Google sign-in and Calendar access.
- Slack channel choices depend on the channels the connected app can access.
- Jira requires an authorized site and project. Notion requires access to the chosen parent destination.
Verification does not send anything#
Verify access checks the connection. A successful delivery still requires an approved action, a chosen destination, and your explicit send confirmation.
