Send reviewed outcomes to a custom webhook

Prepare your receiving workflow#

Custom webhook availability depends on your plan. A workspace admin configures the destination under Meeting assistant → Send action items to your tools.

  1. Prepare a compatible HTTPS receiver in the service you control.
  2. Enter its webhook URL in Todoki.
  3. Choose whether manually approved actions may sync to it, then save.
  4. Save the signing secret when it is shown once. Configure your receiver to verify Todoki’s signature.
  5. Review actions before triggering an available meeting sync.

Make retries safe#

Deliveries include an event identifier. Your receiver must deduplicate by eventId because retries can occur. A webhook delivery is separate from native Slack, Gmail, or issue creation and should not bypass your team’s review process.
