Save and recall meeting outcomes with Walrus
Understand optional outcome snapshots, consent, sharing, and retention.
In this guide
Check setup first#
Open a completed meeting and find Remember the outcomes. If administrator setup is pending, nothing has been uploaded. Walrus Memory is optional and does not run automatically.
Save a reviewed outcome snapshot#
Snapshots include the title, date, summary, summary source, reviewed actions, approved confirmed decisions and evidence quotes. The full transcript and unreviewed actions stay out of the snapshot. The summary itself is a draft; action approval does not verify every summary claim.
- Review the meeting summary, approve the actions you want remembered, and approve confirmed decisions.
- Open Preview before saving to check the transcript summary and the exact reviewed actions and decisions. The source badge distinguishes an AI transcript summary from a rule-based or unverified recap.
- As the meeting owner, read the Walrus consent notice and select its checkbox.
- Select Save outcome snapshot. If the meeting changed since your preview, review the updated preview and confirm again. Indexing is not yet confirmed storage; wait for saved or use Check status later.
- Use Recall memory to search the saved outcomes. Saving a revised snapshot supersedes the older version.
Understand who processes the text#
The hosted Walrus relayer sees plaintext to embed and encrypt it. Todoki uses an operator-owned account with a separate memory namespace for each meeting. Todoki access follows the current meeting sharing settings; workspace administrators cannot use this feature to read someone else’s private meeting.
