Prepare one-time capture#
- Open Meeting assistant and find Send Todoki to one meeting (labelled Record with your plan in the updated flow).
- Paste the complete Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams invite URL, beginning with https://. A username, room nickname, or meeting title is not a valid link.
- Add a title and an optional join time in your local timezone. Leave the time blank to join now.
- Confirm you have recording permission and will notify participants.
- Select Send Todoki. Admit Todoki Notetaker if the meeting platform asks.
Use a calendar invite file#
Import .ics invite can fill the meeting link, title, and time from a supported invitation. Review those details and recording consent before scheduling. Importing the file alone does not send the bot.
If the button is unavailable#
One-time plan capture requires an available meeting-agent allowance and configured capture service. Verify Recall checks service access; it does not create a recording or prove that the host will admit the bot.
